WILD MONGREL
RECOVERED VISUAL EVIDENCE
VISUAL FRAGMENT MISSING.
WARD REVIEW NOTE:
No verified field image is attached to this creature file.
Another creature report with nothing I can pin to the board.
Bring back clear visual evidence and I may finally call one of these sightings confirmed.
KNOWN ACTIVITY SUMMARY:
Sightings report solitary movement with individuals maintaining visual tracking of targets without immediate engagement. Several reports describe prolonged observation periods followed by sudden approach. Movement is controlled prior to attack, then becomes erratic during engagement.
CONTACT / THREAT ASSESSMENT:
Finally a pattern that should make sense. It does not. The observation period is too long. They are watching before acting. That is not efficient for a predator. It should reduce success rate. It does not appear to. Logging as unstable behavior. - Ward, Foundation Records
