KNOWN ACTIVITY SUMMARY:
Sightings report hovering movement with consistent altitude control. Units emit audio output during movement, with content varying widely. Several sightings describe non-hostile behavior even at close range. Some sightings report sudden hostility, though not consistently across encounters. Movement patterns are stable and predictable compared to other units.
CONTACT / THREAT ASSESSMENT:
Finally… something that doesn’t escalate every time it’s encountered. That helps. The variation in hostility is still there, but it doesn’t hold across enough sightings to mark as consistent. I’m leaving this as low threat until something proves otherwise. That feels stable enough to keep. - Ward, Foundation Records
